Terms & Conditions

Once your booking has been processed, cancellation terms will apply.
Any bookings (tables or tickets) made by email (not via the website) are subject to the same terms and conditions as online bookings and emails will be taken as a written booking confirmations.

Invoices must be settled within 14 days. If this invoice has been raised less than 14 days before the awards event, it must be settled before the event itself.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to michelle.manton@communicatemagazine.co.uk and a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancellation. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of a query. Cancellations received up to 30 full working days before the event will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due.

Communicate magazine cannot offer refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport unless the event is cancelled.
